Level II | Skills Training | Winter II January 6 - February 28

Skills Training program is the second phase of the Austin Sports Center Training. After an athlete discovers their skills, the next phase of their development focuses into applying their skills to a technical play environment, teaching offensive and defensive principles. The class is 90 minutes and includes, skill, play, competition, and strength/conditioning training.

ASC Cedar Park classes will be held on the following Fridays January 6-February 28th from 6:00-7:30.

Due to court availability the class time will be as follows for January 6th - February 28th. Please note that classes will run from 6-7:30p January 7-January 28 and from February 4th -February 25th classes will run from 5:30-7:00p.
